Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of skyeremedia.com, the Skye RE Media booking system, and the client portal (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Skye Re Media LLC ("Skye RE Media," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, booking an appointment, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to book media services on behalf of the property. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Booking & Appointments
Scheduling is based on real-time availability synced to our business calendar. Appointment durations and required buffers depend on the selected package and property occupancy. You may reschedule or cancel an appointment from the client portal. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start may be subject to a fee at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
Package and add-on pricing is published on our pricing page and in the booking flow. Invoices are generated upon delivery and may be paid by card through Stripe or by other methods we support. Delivered listings with an unpaid balance may have downloadable media locked until payment is received.
4. Media & Licensing
All media produced by Skye RE Media is governed by the . Usage rights, delivery terms, and any restrictions are defined in that agreement and incorporated here by reference.
5. Listing Links & Sharing
When we provide a private listing link, it is intended for you and your clients to preview media before it goes live. You are responsible for how you share that link. We may disable or expire links at our discretion to protect delivered media.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access media you are not authorized to view, reverse-engineering the platform, or reselling our media outside the rights granted in the Media License & Service Agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skye RE Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant appointment.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
