• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored encrypted) when you create a client account.
• Booking details: property address, occupancy status, gate codes, square footage, special instructions, and the appointment time you select.
• Payment information: we process payments through Stripe. We never store your full card number; Stripe handles and tokenizes all card data.
• Usage data: login times, session activity, and basic analytics about how you interact with our site.
• Listing media: photos, video, 3D tours, and floor plans we produce and deliver through your portal.

How We Use Your Information

• To schedule, confirm, and deliver real estate media appointments.
• To generate and manage invoices and process payments.
• To create and share private listing links with you and your clients.
• To send booking confirmations, delivery notifications, and account updates.
• To improve our services and respond to support requests.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate our business: with Stripe for payment processing, Google Calendar for scheduling visibility, our email provider for transactional messages, and Twilio for SMS booking alerts. We do not sell your personal information. When you share a private listing link, only the media and property details you choose to expose are visible to the recipient.

Data Retention

We retain account and booking records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as needed to maintain billing records and fulfill our legal obligations. Listing media remains accessible in your portal until you or we remove it.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing media@skyeremedia.com. You can also manage notification preferences and disconnect calendars from within the client portal.

Security

We use row-level security on our database, encrypted tokenized payments, and signed access URLs for private media. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable industry measures.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for real estate professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
